The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center and public transportation, making it easy to get around. the rooms are well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Another advantage was that they offered free breakfast, which was a nice touch.
The staff was not very friendly, and we had some issues with the air conditioning in our room.

The bed was big & the staff there were FRIENDLY. The nearby restaurant, Rai Rai Ken, was as close as 400 metres from the hotel. Close to sm city davao. We liked it.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed two things: the spacious room and the free breakfast. And the key location close to a shopping mall made everything more convenient. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room decor and furnishings were outdated and in need of a facelift. The bathroom was cramped and could definitely use a makeover.

We chose this hotel for its fantastic location opposite the SM mall – it was so convenient for dining and shopping. the rooms were cozy and provided a comfortable place to rest after a long day exploring. the staff provided excellent service, always accommodating our requests. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but the hotel's facilities, like the lobby and corridor cafe, added a cozy touch to our stay. the hotel's proximity to popular attractions was definitely a bonus.
The outdated rooms could benefit from a facelift.
